How can I verify my account (KYC)?

  1. Open the “User Profile” page.
  2. Select the “User Info” tab.
  3. In the “Verification” section, click “Verify”.
  4. Choose the type of certification you want to apply for in the KYC process.

To Continue Verification by Passport:

  1. Select “Verification by Passport”.
  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Middle Name (optional), Country, Gender, Date of Birth (you must be at least 18 years old), and Passport Number, based on your passport details.
  3. Upload an image of your passport to compare the information above with the identity information in your passport. The image must be clear and fully visible.
  4. Upload an image of the passport held in your hand along with a handwritten document, as per the registration rules. The image must be clear and fully visible.
  5. Click the Confirm button.

To Continue Verification by ID Card:

  1. Select “Verification by ID Card”.
  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Middle Name (optional), Country, Gender, Date of Birth (you must be at least 18 years old), and ID Card Number, based on your ID card details.
  3. Upload an image of your ID card to compare the information above with the identity information in your ID card. The image must be clear and fully visible.
  4. Upload images of the ID card (front and back) held in your hand along with a handwritten document, as per the registration rules. The image must be clear and fully visible.
  5. Click the Confirm button.

Note:

  • Your KYC information will be reviewed by our administrative team.
  • If all information is correct and matches the identity document (passport or ID card), your KYC status will be marked as “Verified” in the User Info Tab and Verification Section.
  • Verified accounts are eligible for daily withdrawals up to $500,000, while unverified accounts are limited to daily withdrawals up to $20,000.
  • If the verification is rejected and requires modification, you can update the incorrect fields and resend the details.
  • If the status is “Rejected”, you can contact us for further clarification.
